We always meet our clients in the reception when picking up from any Hotels.
Please do not wait outside Hotels. (Particulary in London!)
Near most hotels there are Illegal Touts operating and they impersonate licensed minicab/taxi and private hire drivers.
Our drivers will always ask for you by name.
If you do not see your driver at the Reception Desk by the time booked, please call ask your reception to call the emergency number below immediately.

Your driver will know your name and come & collect you and help with your luggage.
You may recieve a telephone call as your driver arrives at the pick up Address/Hotel.

On arrival at your London Station, please turn on your mobile/cell, and you will then receive your driver & vehicle details by text.
Once contact is made, we meet our clients outside your choosen London Station at the designated pick up points.
Do not wait outside Stations especially not near the road/street as you are inviting Illegal Touts to impersonate Licensed Minicab/Taxi drivers.
