Your Driver will be waiting there with a sign with your lead family name on it. Our meeting point at Airports is always* the Airport Information Desk, which has clear directions from the baggage collection area, follow the sign.

If you do not see your driver at the Airport Information Desk, please call the emergency number below immediately, and your driver will walk over to you.

*Terminal Five - At present meeting point is to the LEFT of Costa Coffee.(as you look at it).
* Luton - Does not have an Information Desk. (see map)
*London City Airport - You must call the office or emergency number on arrival.

If you do not see your driver, please call the emergency number below immediately, and we will have your driver walk over to you.

From HOTELS:

• We always meet our clients at the reception when picking up from any Hotels.
• Do not wait outside Hotels especially not near the road/street as you are inviting Illegal Touts to impersonate Licensed Minicab/Taxi drivers.
• Our drivers will always ask for you by name.
• If you do not see your driver at the Reception Desk, please call ask your reception to call the emergency number below immediately.

Hotel & Addresses

Your Driver will come to the reception or to your door.
Your driver will know your name and come and collect you.
He should telephone* you as he arrives at the pick up Address/Hotel.
If in doubt call our emergency number to varify that it is your driver, before you get in the vehicle.
You can also ask to see your drivers PCO License and vehicle badge.

From London EuroStar & other Mainline Stations:

• We always meet our clients outside London Stations at the designated pick up points.
• Do not wait outside Stations especially not near the road/street as you are inviting Illegal Touts to impersonate Licensed Minicab/Taxi drivers.
• Our drivers should always know your name & destination.
• On arrival at your London Station, please call our emergency number for your driver & vehicle details.
• We suggest that only client with Mobile Cell Telephones book our services from London Stations. All London Station pick ups must be pre-paid
