- we will attempt ring back on three occassions only, after which
you will have to call us to get booking confirmed.

should enter in the time band that you are in on the booking form.
This allows us to call you during office hours in your time zone.
A
£5 Booking Fee is levied on each credit card transaction.
(This added after your online discount, if you use our online booking
form). This Booking Fee is applicable per transaction not per
journey, but if you pay for each journey on seperate occassions
at seperate times, each individual transaction will attract the
transaction fee. (Pay all Journeys together and pay one Booking
Fee!)
You
must pay your full balance on booking, this guarentees your booking.
Note:
You cannot pay our drivers directly by credit card.

You are quoted an reduced price of £45.00 each way, booking
online, for a Saloon car going from Heathrow to London
W1. 2. So an online booking return fare is total of £90.00.(£5 surcharge will be added by our operator on ring back) 3. Now you can just fill in one booking form for each
journey. 4. Request to pay us by credit card,enter details
on one or both forms or request us to ring you for details
5.
Send the forms to us as normal. 6. If Reqested, we will ring you back on the supplied
telephone number to check your journey and credit card details.
7. Your Booking will be confirmed on the phone and a receipt
sent by email. (No credit card details will be entered
on confirmation). 9. Show your driver the receipt on journey date, and enjoy
the ride.

Our
Airport Meet & Greet
Prices include:
Cash & Credit Card Paid Journey Customers only.

Up
to forty (40) minutes free waiting time from actual landing
time.
1. An extra £1 will be added per 5 minutes thereafter.(£6 per 1/2
hour).
2. Unless you have contacted us, our drivers are instructed to wait
for up 1 Hour from "Baggage in Hall" notification.
Fares.
1. Our drivers may take different routes to you, this is why we
have set fares.
2. You will never pay more than the fare quoted except when
there is waiting time(see ''What's no included...'') or you specify/change
the booked journey or the drivers chosen route.
*
Airport meeting point is always the Arrivals
Information Desk unless otherwise specified by us in writing/e-mail.
* Drivers are told to be at the information desk 20mins after actual
laning time.
* Another pickup point may be agreed if the driver can contact you
by mobile phone at the airport. Sometimes this can make a pickup
quicker - but this cannot be arranged in advance, by us.
* You must tell us if you have no luggage so we can tell the driver
you may arrive at the Meeting point earlier. .
Unbelievable
as it may seem, people seem to leave all sorts of things in
our vehicle. We've have found mobile phones, bags, coats, gloves,
the odd umbrella, sweets, wallets and handbags.
Please
make sure you take care with your baggage, our drivers do normally
try to check that all things have been take but sometimes they
can be missed until later.
In
line with Public Carriage Office Recommendations we keep a record
of all lost property found in our vehicles. If you have lost
anything in one of our vehicles please ring our office as soon
as possible and we will attempt to find the item.
We
are not responsible for the cost of any returning of lost property,
and will only keep items for six months from date of discovery.
Items not claimed within six months will be sold and proceeds
will be given to a local children's charity.
We will not be responsible for any dropped cash in our vehicles,
but if client is identified it will be returned.

reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms at any time.
No responsibility is held for customers' property or belongings.
(Other than those mentioned in the insurance policies held by the individual
drivers.)
All terms and conditions are subject to relevant laws applicable in
England & Wales and every effort is made to keep within those
laws by us.
Our
Transportation
to Airport
prices include:
Cash & Credit Card Paid Journey Customers only.

Being
collected from your specified address. Drivers will never just 'Hoot' outside, but will come to
your door.
Being
escorted to the waiting vehicle. Drivers will help carry your luggage to the vehicle.
You will be assisted as necessary to your vehicle.
Loading
of your luggage into the vehicle.
Just relax - let us take the strain!
Being
taken directly to the Departures Building at the airport. You will be driven to the entrance to the Airport Departures
Terminal.
Unloading
of your luggage to a trolley.(When available at airport). If you require a Porter, your driver will attempt to find
you one.
Sensible
directions to your departures gate. 1. Our drivers will point you in the right direction.
2. If you are still unsure, he will find someone to assist you to
the gate
Our
prices do notinclude:

than one (1) destination.
I.e., multi-drop offs/pick ups.
Change
of booking specification once journey is booked.
We charge extra per mile on deviations.
Waiting
time.(After that included in Airport Greet Service)..
We charge £6 per 30mins waiting after initial waiting period.
Stopping
for refreshments, shopping, picking up friends etc.
You can book these stops in advance.
Sight
seeing.
You can book sightseeing with us in advance if you wish.
Deviations
from the drivers chosen route. Any deviations requested by clients, will be charged by
the current mileage rate.
Customer-preferred
routes.
Our drivers always listen to customer requests.
You will be charged by the current mileage rate, if you insist on
a preferred route.
Ownership
of vehicle or contents therein. Any items in the vehicle that are not your property
must be handed to the driver immediately. Failure to do so constitutes
theft and action will be taken accordingly.
Gratuities
for the Driver.
Normally 10-15% in the UK, only if deserved!
Please note that the full gratuity goes to the driver.
At
present although we have no special disability cars or equipment,
we want help to remove the barriers that prevent people from
traveling.
We
are always happy to help clients with disabilities.
All
our drivers are always helpful and we closely keep to the recommendations
set by the Public Carriage Office and other relevant organization.
If
you have a wheelchair please tell the operator and we will make
sure we have room for it in the car.
If
you have any special requirements please ask as we will always try
to help.
We
allow Guide Dogs in most of our vehicles.
We
will supply a car large enough to accommodate a folded wheel chair,
at no extra charge
although passenger will have to be able to travel in normal vehicle
compartment.

All
our drivers are friendly and willing to help - you only have to
ask!

enjoy the same opportunities to travel as everyone else."
The
KGC Group agree with this statement and makes every effort to
accommodate any client. If you have a special need or arrangement
that is required, just let us know. There is a section on our
booking form, or you can telephone or Email us with details.

of Booking.

Prices
show on this website are for Saloon Cars picking up at Airports
and are always current!
Prices
are for specified journeys only. (As stated on our current price
list).
We
reserve the right to ask for a deposit on booking for any reason.
Journeys
are not confirmed until you have received notification/confirmation
from us. Although normally we are fast in Confirming bookings, it
can take up to 24 hours. Just because a booking form is filled out,
sent and you have a booking number, this does not mean that journey
is available or is confirmed. If clients do not book 24 hours or
more in advance, we will not guarantee booking! As in life - plan
ahead. This said we will try to help, If in doubt ring us 07967
885 221.
Our
prices are guaranteed on booking and are for the A to B journeys
stated on booking only. (Further stops are charged per mile).
Please
check that your Date for arrival in London is correct. You may have
to check your itinerary or contact the Ticket Agent. It is common
for same flight number to arrive every day and therefore we will
be unable to check which day you are arriving!
We will only come to the airport on the day you requested. If you
booked us for the wrong day, you will have to book us again. (And
you will be charged for each booking.)
If
clients fail to appear at pickup point within 40 minutes from their
Actual aircraft landing time, further waiting is chargeable at the
full rate. (Currently £6 per half hour for Saloon Cars). Drivers
will then put out two customer call-outs from the airport information
and will wait a further 30 minutes only. Note:All our drivers carry mobile phones and can be reached directly
so if any delay is expected please contact the office as soon as
possible.
For
an Estate car please add £5.00 to the current list price.
For
5-6 Passengers ( MPV) Price is Saloon car price x 1.5. (150%approx.)
For
7 Passengers (MPV) please call.
Customers
are welcome to book with us between 36 months - 24 hours in advance.
When
booking with a third party such as a Travel Agent, prices may include
a service fee and therefore you may be charged approximately 10%
above our listed prices.
Prices
shown online are for website bookings only. We reserve the right
to add 10% as a service fee if you book via Telephone or Land Mail.
Deposits
can be made by cash (or cheque when received 10 days prior to journey.)
All
fares/balances to be paid in £'s sterling (cash) directly to the
driver on pickup - before journey commences.
Please
feel free to tip our drivers. 10-15% is normal.
DO NOT ASK OUR DRIVERS TO CARRY MORE PASSENGERS THAN VEHICLE
IS INSURED FOR - DRIVERS ARE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE EXTRA PASSENGERS
AT PICK UP POINT. BABIES & CHILDREN COUNT AS ONE PASSENGER REGARDLESS
OF AGE.
All
Saloons & Estate Cars are insured for up to four people only.
Charges are per car and not per person.
All
Standard 6 Passenger Seater MPV's are insured for up to 6 Passengers
only. Charges are per Vehicle not per person.
All
Large 8 Passenger Seater MPV's are insured for up to 8 passengers
only.
We
occasionally tender work to PCO Licensed Third Party Operator's,
to avoid delays and/or when problems arise such as designated drivers
becoming delayed with late flights etc. If this is the case we can
only give a price guide to these companies and cannot be held responsible
for their drivers actions or their vehicles. Because we only tender
to PCO or County Council Licensed Operators you are protected by
UK laws and regulations regarding roadworthy conditions of vehicles
and drivers. In the event of a complaint we will help you contact
the relevant authority and give impartial advise on any issue you
may have. Indeed even if you don't want to officially complain we
still welcome clients comments about the service that our third
party operators offer. - this said be assured that we only use trusted
companies, whom we have dealt with on previous occasions or who
have been recommended to us.
Remember
we live on recommendations and do not advertise - we need your
custom and loyalty to exist. These terms are for your and our protection.
Conditions
of Travel.
Cash &

Baby
seats for children between 6 - 24 months can be
arranged for a small fee. Any person is included as one of the four
seats available in each car.
You
may prefer to use your own car seat. We can store your seat between
journeys, there is no charge for this extra service. See
Services Page.
Drivers
are instructed not to allow anyone transportation if they are drunk,
abusive or unfit to travel. (Any Deposits paid will not
be returned in these circumstances.)
Suitcases
will be placed in luggage compartments and not placed on seats.
Saloon
cars will take a maximum 4 people with 3 small/medium suitcases.
Estate
cars will take a maximum 4 people with 4 large suitcases plus hand
luggage. Most of our vehicles are non-smoking but cars you can smoke in
can be requested.
Food
and alcohol may not be consumed in any of our cars.
Airport
pickup points are at the customer information counters, unless
specified otherwise by L.A.C™
L.A.C™
will check flight times and will adjust pickup times accordingly
(at no extra charge).
Customers
are responsible for journey times and are expected to book pickups
with time to spare. Although we will be happy to advise on times
and every attempt will be made to arrive at airports or your destination
on time - L.A.C™ will take no responsibility for this.
We can not guarantee driving times between pick up and drop-off
points.
We
are strictly a 'Meet & Greet' service, please do not ask LondonAirConnections™
drivers for local journeys.
No
responsibility is held for customers' property or belongings (Other
than those mentioned in the insurance policies held by the individual
drivers.)
Any
items in the vehicle that are not your property must be handed
to the driver immediately. Failure to do so constitutes theft and
action will be taken accordingly.
We
are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
1. To process your transaction and process your order.
2. To provide you with the best possible service.
We
will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing Email
from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information
we will collect about you includes: your name. Address. Phone number.
Email address. Journey type. Credit/debit card details (if we feel
necessary).
We
will never collect sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent.
The
information we hold as given t us by you and will be as accurate
and as up to date as possible.
You
can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it without
delay.
The
personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance
with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web
Trader Code.

may, now or in the future, use technology to track the patterns
of behaviour of visitors to our site. This may include using"cookies"
which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your

online prices are lower than our list prices. That means when you book
online you get a great reduced price, often as much as £5.00 less
per journey than list price. We offer these reduced prices on the following
terms...
Clients
must use our online booking form. It works and has been thoroughly
tested.
Online
booking form must be completed in full, with all information requested.
Booking
form does not check what's entered, our operators do - please enter
correctly!
Details
given must be those requested on the form. (ie Home Phone Number
must be a Home Phone number)
Details
must be true and accurate. - if question is not applicable or none,
write 'N/a' or 'none'.
Home
address must be given unless you are ordering on behalf of a Company,
when full company details must be given.
Our
operators are not authorized to give online prices to clients so
please do not embarrass them by asking.
We
may offer, at our discretion, the online discount if clients attempt,
but are unable, to complete our online booking form for whatever
reasonable reason. This is at duty managers discretion and his word
is final.
No
mediation or comunication will be entered into regarding reduced
prices - you either book online and get the reduced price or you
don't book online and pay the full fare.
Reduced
fares may be on offer elsewhere through agents or travel agents
and are not limited to this website.
Online
priced fares may be increased without notice in line with our normal
fares. (Obviously they won't change once booked, as stated in our
terms and conditions)
No
other discounts are offered and discounts are not given in form
of refund or in cash.

WeDO NOT double book and we work on a trust basis.
We
WON'T let you down but we don't expect you to let us down
either.
We
book ALL journeys according to Public Carriage Office
License guidelines.
WithoutFULLclient details bookings will not be confirmed.
Provided
you supply all the CORRECT DETAILS requested, no deposits
are necessary.
All
we ask is that you pay the driver in CASH (£sterling) before
your journey commences.
Please do not leave the airport without making contact with us -
our driver will be there!
(and if you can't find him, we will get him to you while you are
on the phone and refund the cost of the phone call!)
If
you miss your flight please phone us immediately to let us know so we
can rearrange a pick up time. (There is no extra charge for this. (Unless
you fail to warn us by at least one(1) hour before scheduled arrival
time.)
If you do not see your driver immediately - don't panic, he is there.
Go to the Airport Information Desk and ask for 'the LondonAirConnections
driver'. If you still don't see him - phone the number below from any
phone and we will get him to you.
Don't leave the airport without contacting us, as you will still be
liable for the fare!
