A bit of small print about our fair fares policy:

Waiting is included, on a fair fare system. We may levy an additional charge at airports if you keep your driver waiting much longer than what we consider to be fair - but this is unusual. Usually we only charged to people who decide to go shopping in Duty Free, or eat at the airport before meeting their driver and therefore delay more than they should. We know how long customs and baggage is taking each day, so please collect your bags and find your driver as soon as you can to save embarrassment of us charging extra.

You may also be charged extra if you ask the driver to divert from his/her route, or if you choose to make stops for photographs etc. (You can ask your driver for cost of mini-tours and photo opportunities during your transfer if you wish) We will never increase your fare once you have booked regardless of how far in advance you have booked and regardless of whether our fares increase before you actually travel. (Once booked your fare is guaranteed!)

If another company's fare is cheaper than ours, there will be a reason... Ask yourself why are they so cheap? Reliability? Are they actually Licensed or safe? Will the fare increase when it comes to paying the driver? What is their standard of Vehicles and Driving? Do they speak English and know where they are going? Who recommends them?

Remember: You get what you pay for, especially with UK Private Hire/Minicab companies.

  8. From 2012 NO BOOKING FEE will be added, but if any journey is cancelled, and refunded, a £5 charge will apply.
  9. You must pay your full balance on booking, this guarantees your booking and reserves your driver.
  10. Note: You cannot pay any of our drivers directly by credit card. Drivers only accept cash in £UK pounds sterling.

Example of paying by credit card...

1. You are quoted a fare of £60.00 each way, for booking online.
(E.g... Saloon car going from Heathrow to London W1)
2. So an online booking for a return journey is total of £120.00 (all-inclusive of course!)
3. Just fill in a booking form for your journey.
4. Enter your card details. (Your booking form is 128bit encrypted)
5.
Send the forms to us by clicking on 'SEND'.
6. Your Booking will then be confirmed on the phone, and a receipt will also be sent by email.
7. Show your driver the receipt on journey date when you meet him/her at the meeting point.
8. Enjoy the all inclusive ride in the knowledge there are no extra charges even if custom held you up!.

  3. Refund policies are set out by the individual Hotels. We accept no liability for refunds or purchases.
  4. Contracts are strictly between you and any Hotel supplier.
  5. We will not enter or be involved in any discrepancy between you and any supplier.

Lost property.

  • Unbelievable as it may seem, people seem to leave all sorts of things in our vehicle. We've have found mobile phones, bags, coats, gloves, the odd umbrella, sweets, wallets and handbags.
  • Please make sure you take care with your baggage, our drivers do normally try to check that all things have been take but sometimes they can be missed until later.
  • In line with Public Carriage Office Recommendations we keep a record of all lost property found in our vehicles. If you have lost anything in one of our vehicles please ring our office as soon as possible and we will attempt to find the item.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of any returning of lost property, and will only keep items for six months from date of discovery. Items not claimed within six months will be sold and proceeds will be given to a local children's charity.
  • We will not be responsible for any dropped cash in our vehicles, but if client is identified it will be returned.

LondonAirConnections.com™ reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms at any time.
No responsibility is held for customers' property or belongings.
(Other than those mentioned in the insurance policies held by the individual drivers.)
All terms and conditions are subject to relevant laws applicable in England & Wales and every effort is made to keep within those laws by us.

Disability Policy: London Airport Conections Disability Policy

  1. At present although we have no special disability cars or equipment, we want help to remove the barriers that prevent people from traveling.
  2. We are always happy to help clients with disabilities.
  3. All our drivers are always helpful and we closely keep to the recommendations set by the Public Carriage Office and other relevant organization.
  4. If you have a wheelchair please tell the operator and we will make sure we have room for it in the car.
  5. If you have any special requirements please ask as we will always try to help.
  6. We allow Guide Dogs in most of our vehicles.
  7. We will supply a car large enough to accommodate a folded wheel chair, at no extra charge although passenger will have to be able to travel in normal vehicle compartment. (See note above regarding no special vehicles/normal amount of luggage only).
  8. All our drivers are friendly and willing to help - you only have to ask!

Transport for London states...
"There is clearly much that can and needs to be done to remove the barriers that prevent people from traveling. It is vital that all elements of a journey are properly provided with easy door to door access, so that disabled people are able to enjoy the same opportunities to travel as everyone else."

The KGC Group agree with this statement and makes every effort to accommodate any client. If you have a special need or arrangement that is required, just let us know. There is a section on our booking form, or you can telephone or Email us with details. All our drivers are friendly and willing to help - you only have to ask!

Terms of Booking.

  1. Prices show on this website are for journeys stated and are always current!
  2. Prices are for specified journeys only. (As stated on our current price list).
  3. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit on booking for any reason.
  4. Journeys are not confirmed until you have received notification/confirmation from us. Although normally we are fast in Confirming bookings, it can take up to 24 hours. Just because a booking form is filled out, sent and you have a booking number, this does not mean that journey is available or is confirmed.
  5. If clients do not book within 24 hours in advance, we will not guarantee booking! As in life - plan ahead. This said we will try to help, so call us 07967 885 221.
  6. Our prices are guaranteed on booking and are for the A to B journeys stated on booking only. (Further stops are charged per mile).
  7. Please check that your Date for arrival in London is correct. You may have to check your itinerary or contact the Ticket Agent. It is common for same flight number to arrive every day and therefore we will be unable to check which day you are arriving!
    We will only come to the airport on the day you requested. If you booked us for the wrong day, you will have to book us again. (And you will be charged for each booking.)
  8. If clients fail to appear at pickup point within 40 minutes from their Actual aircraft landing time, further waiting is chargeable at the full rate. (Currently £6 per half hour for Saloon Cars). Drivers will then put out two customer call-outs from the airport information and will wait a further 30 minutes only.
    Note: All our drivers carry mobile phones and can be reached directly so if any delay is expected please contact the office as soon as possible.
  9. For 7 Passengers or more please call us - we never overload our vehicles!
  10. Customers are welcome to book with us between 36 months - 24 hours in advance.
  11. When booking with a third party such as a Travel Agent, prices may include a service fee and therefore you may be charged approximately 10% above our listed prices.
  12. Prices shown online are for website bookings only.
  13. Deposits are not normally accepted, but call us if you wish to pay deposit only.
  14. All fares/balances are to be paid in £'s sterling (cash) directly to the driver on pickup - before journey commences.
  15. Please feel free to tip our drivers. 10-15% is normal.
  16. DO NOT ASK OUR DRIVERS TO CARRY MORE PASSENGERS THAN VEHICLE IS INSURED FOR - DRIVERS ARE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE EXTRA PASSENGERS AT PICK UP POINT. BABIES & CHILDREN COUNT AS ONE PASSENGER REGARDLESS OF AGE.
    All Saloons & Estate Cars are insured for up to four people only. Charges are per car and not per person.

    All Standard 6 Passenger Seater MPV's are insured for up to 6 Passengers only.
  17. Charges are per Vehicle not per person.
  18. We occasionally tender work to PCO Licensed Third Party Operator's, to avoid delays and/or when problems arise such as designated drivers becoming delayed with late flights etc. If this is the case we can only give a price guide to these companies and cannot be held responsible for their drivers actions or their vehicles. Because we only tender to PCO or County Council Licensed Operators you are protected by UK laws and regulations regarding roadworthy conditions of vehicles and drivers.
  19. In the event of a complaint we will help you contact the relevant authority and give impartial advise on any issue you may have.
  20. If you don't want to officially complain we still welcome clients comments about the service that our third party operators offer. - this said be assured that we only use trusted companies, whom we have dealt with on previous occasions or who have been recommended to us.

Remember we live on recommendations and do not advertise - we need your custom and loyalty to exist. These terms are for your and our protection.

Conditions of Travel.

  1. Baby seats for children between 6 - 24 months can be arranged for Free. Any person is included as one of the four seats available in each car.
  2. You may prefer to use your own car seat. We can store your seat between journeys, there is no charge for this extra service. CLICK HERE.
  3. Drivers are instructed not to allow anyone transportation if they are drunk, abusive or unfit to travel. (Any balances or deposits paid will not be returned in these circumstances.)
  4. Suitcases will be placed in luggage compartments and not placed on seats.
  5. Saloon cars will take a maximum 4 people with 3 small/medium suitcases.
  6. Estate cars will take a maximum 4 people with 4 large suitcases plus hand luggage.
  7. MPV's & Minivans will take a maximum of 6 people with 3-6 suitcases - see your booking confirmation for details.
  8. If you bring more luggage than specified you will have to arrange another vehicle for your transfer and this can cause you a delay.
  9. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
  10. Food and alcohol cannot be consumed in any of our cars.
  11. Airport pickup points are at the customer information counters, unless specified otherwise by L.A.C
  12. L.A.C™ will check flight times and will adjust pickup times accordingly (at no extra charge).
  13. Customers are responsible for journey times and are expected to book pickups with time to spare. Although we will be happy to advise on times and every attempt will be made to arrive at airports or your destination on time - L.A.C™ will take no responsibility for this. We can not guarantee driving times between pick up and drop-off points.
  14. We are strictly a 'Meet & Greet' service, please do not ask LondonAirConnections™ drivers for local journeys.
  15. No responsibility is held for customers' property or belongings. (other than those mentioned in the insurance policies held by the individual drivers for traffic accidents.)
    We draw your attention this particular condition of travel: Please ensure that all personal items, including laptops, personal computers, mobile/cell phone etc. are taken, under your care, with you into the passenger compartment, and not placed in hand luggage bags that are in turn placed in the baggage compartment. We accept no liability for damage caused to personal items, and clients must take responsibility for their personal property at all times.
  16. Any items in the vehicle that are not your property must be handed to the driver immediately. Failure to do so constitutes theft and action will be taken accordingly.

    Please note: Child seats are offered by our drivers as a Gratis offer, as an additional gesture for our clients, and we do not guarantee availability or type of child seats used. We do not have and don’t offer baby seats for children under 6 months old. All seats used comply with safety regulations of England & Wales. As a licensed private hire firm we do not have to supply or offer child seats and we do so with limitations and no liability. Whether the seat provided is used or not is down to the parents or guardians of the child concerned. We never charge for child seats, they do not form part of any contract either verbal or written, nor are we liable for providing them – if you request one we will do our best to supply one.   7. We may, now or in the future, use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This may include using"cookies" which would be stored on your browser. If you miss your flight please phone us immediately to let us know so we can rearrange a pick up time.
(There is no extra charge for this. (Unless you fail to warn us by at least one(1) hour before scheduled arrival time.)
If you do not see your driver immediately - don't panic, he is there. Go to the Airport Information Desk and ask for 'the LondonAirConnections driver'.
If you still don't see him - phone the number below from any phone and we will get him to you.
Don't leave the airport without contacting us, as you will still be liable for the fare!
