SMALL PRINT:
* We check all flights, and will adjust pick up times for
late flight arrivals free of charge.
* We can not always arrive
in time for flights that land early, but we will do our
best to adjust your driver and will always be there for
your scheduled arrival time.
* Waiting starts on actual
landing not scheduled arrival time - we do not charge extra for late flights.
* Our fares are inclusive and include Meet & Greet,
Waiting Time & Car Park Fees.
It is extremely rare for us to charge any extra waiting, unlike man other firms - our fares are all inclusive. However we do have a Fair fares policy. The only possible additions
will be extra waiting time, which is chargeable after initial free 90mins from actual landing - £3
per 15 min's, or part of. Unless we feel you were at fault for the extra waiting, we don't normally charge for customs delays - we are in touch with the airport staff and normally know when to expect it to take you longer to come through to arrivals. Our drivers are instructed to come into the airport 20mins after actual landing - if you feel you will be quicker than this and have no luggage, you must let us know in advance.
