The KGC Group Airport & Cruise Transfer Cancellation Policy.
- Any Cancellations with less than 48 hours to go before ride time, must be made by telephone only, in UK office hours. (Gmt London Time)
- Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to your premier transfer, and receive a refund on transfer cost.
- Within 48 hours of your premier transfer, all reservations are presumed final and will be refunded in line with refund schedule below.
- Please note: Failure to call & physically speak to someone, and us having supplied a driver because of this failure,
will result in the full fare being chargeable.
- In all cases, any booking fee paid will not be refunded upon a cancellation**
- Should
any client fail to appear, without any notice, we reserve the right to add any reasonable waiting time & car park fees on top of the fare paid.
- Within 48 hours all reservations are presumed final and cannot be refunded
in full.
- This cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions.
- Details and tariffs correct as of 2011 and until superseeded.
- We reserve the right to amend or replace our terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of England & Wales only, and services are only offered within the UK.
- We are not subject to the laws of clients homelands and can not be bound by them. Regulations and laws in your country may be different to the UK, Europe, England and Wales.
- Please ensure you read and understand our terms and conditions. They are legally binding in the UK and Europe.
- When bookings are paid by credit or debit cards...
- In case of a cancellation we will refund your credit or debit card for the appropriate amount
- excluding the booking fee of £5.00.
- If you cancel between
48 hours and 2 hours the cost will be as per
the above table.
- If the reservation is
confirmed, but you wish to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the ride time then
only £5 Booking Fee will be chargeable.
- Any balance will be credited to your credit card within 7 working days. (and be subject
to your credit card providers terms).
... "What if my flight is delayed?"
- YOU DO NOT NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RIDE IF YOU FLIGHT IS DELAYED.
We check all flights and adjust accordingly. Please call the emergency number provided to confirm your new arrival time.
- WE MAY BE ABLE TO RE-SCHEDULE YOUR RIDE FOR FREE IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED BY YOUR AIRLINE.
Again we will know if your flight is cancelled! Please call the emergency number provided to confirm your new flight and arrival time.
- However... IF YOU MISS YOUR FLIGHT, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO RE-SCHDULE FOR YOU. WE WILL CHARGE A FEE OF NO LESS THAN 25% OF YOUR FARE FOR THIS.
Should you not inform us before we have dispatched a driver for you, and he has entered the airport, a higher call-out fee will apply to cover car parking and waiting charges.
