COMMUNICATION IS KEY - PLEASE DON"T HESITATE TO USE OUR EMERGENCY NUBER SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR FLIGHT ARRIVAL, TRANSFER TIMES OR COLLECTION TIME.

  • CANCELLING WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS TO GO?
    If you wish to cancel a booking more than 48 hours before your premier journey, you can make the cancellation by email using the email address on your confirmation, or by telephone.

    You can use the emergency number on your booking confirmation, or call our office number (above) in UK office hours.(Gmt/UK)
  • Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to your premier transfer, and clients will receive a complete refund on your transfer cost, minus a £5 admin fee, within 7 days.

  • CANCELLING WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS TO GO?
    If you wish to cancel a booking and there is less than 48 hours to go before your premier booking's pickup time, you must make the cancellation by telephone only.

    You can use the emergency number on your booking confirmation, or call our office number (above) in UK office hours.(Gmt/UK)
  • Please note:
    Failure to call & physically speak to someone to cancel your booking, and us having supplied a driver because of this failure, will result in the full fare being chargeable.
    If the telephone lines are busy, then you must call back to cancel.
    DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR BOOKED JOURNEY TIME - THIS WILL RESULT IN FULL FARE PAYMENT BEING DUE.
    (Your original call with be logged as missed and your cancellation time will be logged as the first call time)
  • All cancellations made less than 48 hours before your premier transfer will be refunded in line with refund schedule below...

  • FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PREMIER BOOKING TIME.
  • Should any client fail to appear at their designated pickup point, without any notice or cancellation prior to booked pickup time, we reserve the right to add any reasonable waiting time & car park fees (on top of the fare already chargeable).
  • IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN TWO HOURS OF YOUR PREMIER JOURNEY PICKUP TIME, YOU WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND, BUT BY CANCELLING BEFORE YOUR PICKUP TIME YOU WILL ENSURE NO EXTRA CHARGES ARE APPLIED!



  • CANCELLATION TERMS & NOTES:
    All bookings made through KGC Group already include an administration fee of £5 free of charge. This administration fee is NOT refundable upon any cancellation.
  • Within 48 hours all reservations are presumed final and cannot be refunded in full.
  • This cancellation policy is part of KGC Group terms and conditions.
  • Details and tariffs correct as of publication of this page and until superseded.
  • We reserve the right to amend or replace our terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • All Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of England & Wales only, and services are only offered within the UK.

  • BOOKINGS MADE BY CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS...
    • In case of a cancellation we will refund your credit or debit card for the appropriate amount - excluding the booking fee of £5.00.
    • If you cancel between 48 hours and 2 hours the cost will be as per the table below...
    • If the reservation is confirmed, but you wish to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the ride time, then only £5 Booking Fee will be charged.
    • Any balance will be credited to your credit card within 7 working days. (subject to your credit card providers terms)

... "What if my flight is delayed? Do I need to cancel or rebook?"

      • NO, YOU DO NOT NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RIDE IF YOU FLIGHT IS DELAYED.
      • We check all flights and adjust your pickup accordingly.
      • Please call the emergency number provided to confirm your new arrival time.
      • If your flight delay means you will miss your next flight, you need to get a claim form from your airline.
      • Please call us on our emergency number, if you can, to advise & update us of new arrival time.

    ... "What if my flight is cancelleded? Do I need to cancel and rebook?"

      • YES, You must phone us as soon as you can, as some airlines don't advise of cancellations in time for us to redirect your driver!
      • WE MAY BE ABLE TO RE-SCHEDULE YOUR RIDE FOR FREE IF YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED BY YOUR AIRLINE.
      • We should know if your flight is cancelled, but please call the emergency number provided to confirm your new flight and arrival time.

    ... "What if I miss my flight? Do I need to cancel and rebook?"

      • YES, You must phone us as soon as you can, and in time for us to redirect your driver! If you don't, you will be charged the full fare plus additional parking & waiting costs! CALL US IMMEDIATELY!
      • In the unfortunate event of missing a flight, things can get pretty stressful. DON'T PANIC!
      • If you miss your flight we will try to reschedule a pickup for you - there is an extra charge for rearranging a missed flight.
      • If we attempt to re-schedule a pickup for you, you will be charged an additional fee of no less than 25% of your original fare. The amount will depend on how quickly you inform us of the missed flight, so call us as soon as you can!
      • Should you not inform us before we have dispatched a driver for you, or if he has entered the airport, higher call-out fees will apply to cover car parking fees and waiting charges.

...Between 48 and 12 hours before... 75% REFUND (minus admin fee) 25% of Full Fare Payable plus £5 admin fee.
...Between 12 and  6 hours before... 50% REFUND (minus admin fee) 50% of Full Fare Payable plus £5 admin fee.
...Between  6 and  2 hours before... 25% FEFUND (minus admin fee) 75% of Full Fare Payable plus £5 admin fee.
...Less than 2 hours before... NO REFUND DUE - NO CHARGES ADDED. 100% of Full Fare Payable including admin fee..
No Show (With no prior Cancellation) NO REFUND - CHARGES ARE ADDED. 100% of the Fare +£10 Waiting & Car Parking Charges at cost.
