Cancellation Policy Notice: Because we are also
a portal for a variety of travel goods and services in London, cancellation
policies vary from one product to another depending on the cancellation policies
of that particular vendor. The
following schedule describes the actual cancellation policy for Airport &
Cruiseport Transfers provided by us only:
Airport Transfer Cancellations:
For
airport transfers,cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the service
with an Full Refund*
(*Except
a £5 Booking Fee for Credit Card bookings when paid in advance)
or (*No
fee when UK resident using our Trust Policy).
Within
48 hours all reservations are presumed final and cannot be refunded in full.
Please
note: Failure to call & speak to someone, us having supplied a driver
will result in full fare being fully chargeable.
Should
any client fail to appear we reserve the right to also add any reasonable
additional waiting time & car park fees.
The cancellation
charges for airport transfers are as follows...

Any
Cancellations under 60 hours (3 days prior) must be made by TELEPHONE ONLY.
Paid By Credit Card?...
In case of a cancellation
LondonAirConnections will refund your credit card for the appropriate amount
- minus the booking fee of £5.00.
If you cancel between
48hours and 2 hours the cost will be the Percentage of the total fare as per
the above table plus the £5 Booking Fee..
If the reservation is
confirmed and you wish too cancel at least 24 hrs prior to the ride time then
only £5 Booking Fee will be chargeable.
Any remaining balance
amount will be credited to your credit card within 7 working days. (Subject
to your credit card providers terms).

Cancel your
ride prior to 48hours to avoid above cancellation charge

Any
Cancellations for bookings within 60 hours (3 day prior) must be made by TELEPHONE
ONLY.
